Miro 36 Featured in Japan’s OGBS Magazine with Epson SC-G6050 DTF Workflow

DTF Station’s Miro 36 powder shaker and curing system has been featured in OGBS Magazine Vol.104 in Japan, introduced by our Japanese partner JetGraph as part of a professional DTF workflow alongside the Epson SureColor SC-G6050.

Published by Gendai Press, OGBS Magazine is a specialist Japanese publication for apparel printing, print shops, personalization, laser processing and other order-goods businesses. Its September 2026 issue focuses specifically on how businesses can choose between and make the most of DTG and DTF production.

Bringing a Complete DTF Workflow to Japan

A reliable DTF workflow depends on more than the printer. Powder application, curing consistency, fume management and even equipment installation all affect how smoothly production runs day to day.

In the OGBS feature, Miro 36 is presented together with Epson’s SureColor SC-G6050, Japan’s 900 mm DTF platform. JetGraph also positions Miro 36 as a dedicated finishing solution for this workflow.

The magazine highlights several practical features of Miro 36, including its patented bottom-heating system, which applies heat evenly from below to support consistent curing, and its separable shaker and heater structure, designed to make transportation and installation easier in stores, production spaces and exhibition venues.

These are practical details, but they address real challenges print businesses encounter when moving from standalone printing into a complete, production-ready DTF line.

More Options as 36″ DTF Production Expands

As the 36″ DTF market develops, production requirements are also becoming more diverse.

Alongside Miro 36, Miro 36 Pro extends the platform for businesses that need additional production flexibility. Its expanded heating system adds two upper bulb-heating sections to the existing preheating and bottom-heating architecture, providing greater control over the curing process as production demands increase.

Improved fume and oil management helps keep the production environment and internal system cleaner during continuous operation, while support for output up to 22 m²/h gives users more room to work with faster 36″ printer workflows.

This does not make Miro 36 a lesser choice for the Epson SC-G6050/G6070 workflow featured in OGBS. Instead, the two models allow businesses to select the finishing system that better matches their printer, production volume and operating requirements.
