Two Epson i3200 heads, fed by CMYK plus four white channels for the opacity a dark garment needs.
A dedicated circulator keeps the four white channels moving, so the underbase prints as dense on the last shirt of the day as on the first.
Between jobs the heads park on an auto-wet capping station, so the nozzles stay moist instead of drying and clogging.
One indicator per channel on the front of the machine, so a low tank shows before it costs you a print.
A proximity sensor ahead of the carriage halts the machine if anything sits in its path, protecting the two parts of the printer you least want to replace.
